About Pat Hurlock

Pat Hurlock is the founder and president of Hurlock Marketing Enterprises (HME). She has over 25 years of event planning and marketing experience, and delights in producing fabulous events and marketing programs for her clients. Prior to founding HME, Pat enjoyed 10 successful years at American Express where she was the Director of Brand Management and Marketing Education.

In this capacity, she implemented a two-year brand training strategy for 80,000 employees worldwide and developed multiple marketing programs in conjunction with IBM, New York University and the Direct Marketing Association. As a senior marketing manager, she oversaw a series of Platinum Card marketing programs (Fine Dining, Concierge, Fine Gifts, Airport Club, Car Rental, etc.) and developed multiple cooperative advertising programs with the American Automobile Association and Travel Service Offices to increase Travelers Cheques sales in the United States and Canada.

Pat’s quest for excellence, creative thinking and relationship building skills serve as the foundation for her success. Clients often give her praise for her positive attitude and exceptional ability to work under pressure with a smile.

Pat is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, The Links, Incorporated and Naomiís Program of Excellence. She holds a BS in Marketing and Organizational Development from Syracuse University and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Organizational Development from the University of Michigan.
